Around the edge of the drivers seat the padding seems to of shifted and i can feel a metal bar digging in me does any body know of any ways that this can be fixed or where i could take it

I have the same on my ibiza - my first attemt to fix it is going to be a scrap seat from a breakers yard and swap the foam over.

Probably get the passenger seat because the right hand side will have had least stick.

You can get the foam on its own from the dealer, had mine done under warranty so cant say how much it was, sorry.

Any chance your warranty repair invioce/sheet has a part number on it ?

Ive found a company not too far away from me that will repair the seat for £40 plus vat, He sounded to know exactly what was the problem was and am having it done tomorrow i'll let you know how it goes

I rang a local breakers yard today - getting a passenger seat tomorrow with a twisted upper frame and the tilt mechanism missing for £15.

Will take the foam out of that and use it in mine.
