cheers ben got the maps and very happy with the result

just have to say though IMO i dont think bens customer service has been reflected fairly in the group buy ... people have been waiting for units ( down to manuf. ) then maps from ben ... i dont think ben expected the large number of people to opt for this group buy and put that with the fact he moved ( and had issues ) to new premises at the same time meant delays for the maps actually going out. well i had a pre-arrrangement with ben to hold mine back due to me being on holiday and it was delivered as promised .. i then mailed ben the map at 12.20 pm and recieved the maps back from him at 5.00pm the same day !! 4hrs 40 mins later i cant knock anything about this group buy .. ok my maps were done after the mass on-slaught from the group buy ... but ben showed how his customer service is during normal circumstances ... all in all a bargain of a group buy which went smoothly from start to the finish ... and the map has totally transformed the car ... finally lag free as it should be well done ben

I waited till the rush was over before sending my map and got it back real quick,

Uploaded the map today to my Golf GTI and have to say the car is now a ballistic missile, especially in sport mode (dsg)

Normal driving is a good bit smoother too,

I'm off down to the police station now to hand over my driving license, It'll save time later

I'm thinking then that your email with your map that you sent hasn't reached Ben @ Shark for some reason.

Keep phoning anyway, Ben reads these posts every so often so i'm sure he'll be in touch very soon.

it's no hassle. really, this is such an easy mod, you should try fitting it yourself. :yes

Very easy on the Mk1 vRS, it only involved 10 minutes of my time, however the MkII vRS is a right B***H took me an absoulute age!!! grrrrrrr lol

Like to give a big public thanks to Ben for assistance "beyond the call of duty" when a

problem was revealed when I remapped, have to stress problem was NOT CAUSED

by the remap and he was under absolutely no obligation to help me out so ;
