I paid another visit to Duxford Imperial War Museum recently. As usual, the rain waits for me to get in the door and then comes down in bucket loads. I still managed to get some images in between, the gloomy clouds making for some nice backgrounds.

I particularly like the first shot in the sequence. What's the aircraft type?

I'd hazard a guess at a B-17 Flying Fortress

Thanks for the comments.

Here's another batch. It's getting harder to take images with a different view point. I have stacks of images from Duxford, every time I go I try to capture something different.

Duxford really is a great place. I'd recommend a visit to anyone who enjoys aircraft, vehicles and war history.

Thanks matey.

Those rolling images in your sig look great. I'd love a go of that one day, I'll have to treat myself to some poles and suckers. I'd have to leave the rig in my images though because I don't have PS

One more roundel for ya.

Hi,

Loving the B-17 shot, that sky is class.

How good are you with photoshop? I'd be tempted to clone out that fence around the tank, would make a great shot excellent!

Phil
