Someone mentioned that the door foils will only be standard from week 45 build onwards - from next week and thus these cars will only find owners in the UK from December. Though in another thread someone mentioned that in fact there are already Yetis being delivered in the UK with the foil fitted as standard!

Now can anyone that has recently taken delivery confirm this please? Of course only if you did not specify the Rough Road Pack.

I just want to make sure if I should ask my dealer to fit them at the PDI or if indeed they will be on the car when it arrives!

Just to reiterate...I saw a 1.2 SE DSG Yeti - brand new, still with the polythene on it, in my local dealers yard. He confirmed it was not ordered with R.R.Pack and will be collected by the new owner next week and that all future vehicles will include it.

Thanks oldstan. But after all the different lies dealers have told various people about why the sunroof was an issue I don't believe a word they say anymore - like estate agents they waffle without even thinking as to what they are saying (or that it might ever be reported as fact on something like a forum). So I prefer to find out from real owners!

I mean ... like I believe them! My dealer, last Friday, told me that he couldn't obtain the protective films in France ... well, he COULD, but he'd have to pay €511 for them.
