Fabia vRS rear door water leak

Featured Replies

Everytime it rains the rear footwell in my 2006 Fabia gets soaking wet. The water collects underneath the carpet in the rear footwell behind the drivers seat and there is no obvious damage to the door seals. Has anyone else experienced this or can anyone suggest a solution.

Many thanks Andylew0, I'll give it a try.

Skoda should print that link behind the door trims 'just in case' :)

+ RoofnGutter Seal

Thats all you need mate! Make sure you completely cover the seal between the door and carrier at the lower part....also get a set of trim clips incase some break

HERE'S what appears to be the definitive thread on this problem

And the trim clips are part number 5J0867276 - 4 of the 7 holding my OS rear door card on broke - cost 29.5p each at a Skoda dealer
