not one to let snow stop me visting i had to make a trip into town to do a bit of shopping for them, the journey turned into a bit of a pain due to the un salted roads. (not healthy in a lowered car with a splitter fitted)!

ended up doing 20mph all the way as i could hear my splitter catching the snow and throwing it up all over the car (not impressed with the local councils lack of gritting) her's what i found on arrival :swear:

Nice

I kinda miss snow. A bit.

24 degrees here all weekend and it's not summer yet - going to be a hot one!

:(

Best get the shampoo and wax at the ready!

Dirty car... you should teach it to eat without making so much of a mess :giggle:

You should bill the council ;)

Lol, she's on the opposite side of the road, dnt bother me to much as I have to get on the drive at an angle otherwise the car catches n see saws :giggle: oh the joys of being lowered

I.m lucky that mine's standard height, although it was catching a lil bit. Not too bothered about breaking it as I've got a new splitter on order from the local dealer for £24.

Although I might just take it off incase I damage the bumper if the snow gets deeper

thats great lol

I'd have finished it though

Stupid spoiler Had to be dug out twice because of it, only thing with it being like a plough is that it works both ways. Driving forwards got slower and slower till i stop, get out and find a massive pile of snow. So i try reversing same thing, this time the snow is behind the bumper and yet if a curb just breathes on it half of the spoiler falls off or hangs down :wonder:

brilliant! thought mine was a good snow plough, but that wins hands down! haha

I forgot to metion that York must have one of the thickest, dumest snow plough drivers in the country. When I went to turn into my street this morning there was a 4 foot bank of snow across the street where the dim wit turned round was gonna just drive through it but had sense to check it first and lucky I did as it was all compacted ffs
