Looks like a good idea, just like a radiator blanket.

I think the bottom cover is particularly useful as I have always though that the radiator is vulnerable to small rocks from the road.

Sorry, but I can't see the point. No water passes through the rad until the thermostat opens anyway, and then it opens and closes as the engine needs it to. All this will do is stop the dirt getting in and potentially risk the fans having to come on because it has got too hot.
