can anyone tell me the size in mm of the VRS badge under the Fabia sign on the boot of the Fabia l

do they come as a two piece set (i.e. Fabia plus VRS), as two separate "bits"

are they still available from the Skoda dealer

I'm about to take mine off and replace with the new octavia vrs badge as soon as it arrives from superskoda if you want it and can wait about a week?

Yes, mine came as a set.

FABIA individual sticky backed letters, VRS badge also sticky backed.

I bought two sets and placed VRS badge (one each side) on front door panels just above black strip, nearest to rear of front wing.

I have this on my desktop (not as my desktop background, I'm just untidy..), shamelessly stolen from another thread I found when I searched for the same thing.

I am after the physical size of the VRS sign

I saw them for sale on SuperSkoda but they come in a "two part set" - the Fabia sign and the VRS sign

Fabia - thanks for your offer - but I would need to "stick it on" - is the new Octavia VRS badge different - I cannot find it on SuperSkoda

Yes mate, new octave badge is completely different. It's under the for sale section. Don't know why though as it's a new badge?

I'll measure up my original badges today for you.

Your not being a pain. Lol. I think it is a bit bigger. I've ordered the fabia II fabia sign to go above the new octavia vrs badge.

Replacing the originals completely.

I'm in France and have just bought a new Yeti - I wanted one quickly, (7 to 10 days) so the dealer in Bordeaux got me one that another dealer had in stock.

In France dealers have a habit of sticking a "dealer sign" on the rear boot lid

Guess what - the Bordeaux dealer "removed" the other dealers sticker and took little car and has marked the paintwork in three places, (very small marks but down to the undercoat), - they did this on a new car!!!! - they just do not care out here.

Anyway they have offered to respray the bottom half of the boot lid - (there is a natural dividing line on the Yeti) -FOC of course

But I would rather that they did not do this and (maybe) upset the original paintwork - I think that I'd rather try to get some money out of them instead

to cover the "three chips" I need a "badge" minimum 700mm by 400mm, (maybe 350mm would be OK) - that's why I need a VRS thing or something similar - it would look OK under the TDi 4 x 4 sign on the Yeti as the "marks" are just in the "right" place to fit a badge

I've thought about "other" stickers - but I want one that looks good

Wouldn't a vRS badge look silly on a Yeti?

Considering (as far as I'm aware) they don't make a Yeti vRS?

Remember there are two sizes of the badge in question - the earliest had a longer one, possibly the Octavia's...

Just drop into Skoda as I did and tell them actually what you want, fitting is a doddle.
