after reading someone on a Polo forum, I thought I'd have a look for the number of Fabias left on the road. As it turns out, my car is rarer than an SE (436 vs 874).

Anyway, here's the spreadsheets from the DVLA or VOSA, can't remember which!

Strangely, there's 2 entries for the normal vRS, but it totals about 9,000ish.

Holy crap there are only 15 Vauxhall Astra Belmont Tiffany's left!!!

This list's 2x Fabia Comfort TDi's, one of which there is no records for numbers from 1998, the other starts it records from 2008

Pasty Wagon #2 is also rarer than an SE Fabia

With it being 1 of 732 IBIZA GTi CUPRA SPORT's left

Mines even more rarer with it none being registered in 2002 and 38 left in 2010

Chris, check out row number 2737 - seems to be about right. First ~30 registered in 2000. 5,000 left now.

10825 might be the 1.4 TDi, as they came out around 2003ish, although changed from Comfort to Ambeiante I think.

Didn't think there'd be that many Jags though, but was expecting more Diablos.

If you look at when the lower figure peaks for the VRS it looks like it could be 2000 odd ASZ pre facelift cars and 6000 BLT post face lift cars?

Especially if you look at the way the bigger figure starts at the end of 2004 and the lower one in 2003.

It does make sense because I'm assuming the emissions alteration required a new classification or something or other?

So, if like me, you've got a ASZ vRS.. we're rarer.. lol, but it's quite a specific rarity.

My Dad used to have a Mercedes 420 SEC.. Only 166 of those about now!

Only 603 Renault 5 GT Turbo's left.. Now take away the ones that have been modded... and then minus the post facelift models.. can't be many of the early ones left (With the non painted body kits and flat faced alloys)

Or SORN. There is another one showing SORn vechiles. If a dealer has them I doubt they'd keep them taxed. . .
