Skoda's Reputation

.....his name being John Good.

Literally every customer service enquiry is responded to by this guy. Be it phone or email. Always very pleasent and informative but he seems to be on his own when answering all the customer queries.

I'm not sure if this a serious topic or maybe I'm not looking at a big enough set of results. :wonder:

He is (if I recall correctly) the Customer Services Manager, they do have a team of people to deal with any enquiry. I can't for the life of me remember their names, apart from Shelly.

Ah interesting. Well, he earns his money judging by the amount he seems to respond to.

I've just had excellent results from Craig Berry at customer service, cannot praise customer services highly enough.

They were a bit snarky when my turbo blew just out of warranty back in 08. The dealer the car was recovered fo had to push and in the end it was Skoda Auto not Skoda GB who coughed up with the new blower. Was still suckered for. £350 in labour. Did not mind but got a lot of attitude i remember. They were up north somewhere: Sheffield?
