I was very surprised to see this....

Featured Replies

Hi,

this is nothing to do with me & the post may get shifted (if so sorry).... but I was really very surprised to see this being offered & also I think its quite strange - I have a gut feel it may have been "taken" so this is why I've posted it... nobody missing a motor or been told that theirs cant be delivered as its "disappeared"!?

Alternatively it may well be perfectly legit & therefore of interest to someone due to supply diffculties.

My link

just interested in comments really...

Hmm, not sure really. Could be a scam, but then also I wouldn't want to ruin somebody's legit (albeit unusual) sale!?

The car has clearly been registered, so it should be traceable back to the supplying dealer who should be able to give the full story :)

The second link seems more legit tho, an ex-demonstrator on a 60 plate.

Engine bay looks a bit dirty for a 9 mile car and the front tyre looks like it's rolled a few more miles than that as well, @ 9 miles it would look like it's never seen tarmac still, this one looks like it's done about 5k to me, seats look stained as well but that could be just the pics doing that, ALERT ALERT, Caravan spotted in pic 6, Pikey Mikes Almost New Automobiles LTD, so new they ain't been added to the hpi register yet. :giggle:

Just kidding, but you'd think for that money a dealer would snap it up, there has to be a profit in there, or maybe not if it's a no vat car and it is a dealer trying to sell it as a bargain.
