Rumblings across the forum have now been confirmed and with a possible 35+ interested parties it looks like we are going to open another Shark Performance Group Buy!

This group buy will be slightly different to the others as we'll be offering a free STS OR a cash discount on the map instead! This will benefit those who can't use or don't want the STS

Here are the details:

We require a minimum of 30 confirmed participant to activate the discount

Payments will need to be made by telephone at the time of booking or ordering

STS units may take up to 4 weeks after the close of the group buy to arrive and be sent out to participants

Briskoda "Freedom" discounts can still be used with this group buy, saving you even more!

The discounts we are prepared to offer are as follows:

No maps are available for the 1.6CR yet I'm afraid.

I don't want to "trash" this thread with lots of questions - but a quick one with regards the STS.

From what I can gather the idea of the STS is that you don't need to come along for the map - you can do it all at home.

You can also install and remove the map at will.

Can you use the STS with any car - I see mention of encrypted ECU.

So my car is the 2.0 TSI engine, 2011 model vehicle.

Is the STS OK for use on such a car?

That's correct, and so far we have not come across a protected 2.0TSI VRS and we are doing new ones all the time. Therefore I would expect you to be absolutely fine

Could I have a price for a 1.9tdi PD105 (no STS) with freedom discount please?

J5 - top post states it's either a free STS box or £100 off the map. Also 10% off for freedom members. Jet got to do a little maths I'm afraid.

I read that, and the list of engines and example prices.... Funny, I don't remember seeing a PD105 for a Roomster in that list hence my post.

I'll quite happily do the maths:

PD105 Map £XXX - £100 = £XXX

£XXX - 10% for freedom Member = £XXX

It's a struggle without an initial price though.....

I would suggest finding an octavia or fabia which has same engine and use that as baseline

right just so im clear lol if i paid for freedom membership id get unit and remap for £314? and thats stage 1 yes? how much do new maps cost say when i get downpipe or front mount etc?as at mo car is completely standard

all help appreciated but this seems a great deal as i can do all without any travelling

Yep £314.10 + postage is the deal on the table.

Map upgrades cost £100 to change stages, so not breaking the bank.

Unit is warranted for 12 months
