Interesting photo's; didn't appreciate the dashboard and engine bay bulkhead were fitted as an assembly.

Reminds me of the VW standard.

On another note and I know it isn't related to this thread. The image that shows the interior, is the headunit a Bolero or Columbus? The reason I ask is the display is blue and was wondering if you can have the Bolero to display blue instead of green?

sorry, it's a columbus unit by the looks of it.

Also interesting is how the badges go on before ANYTHING else!

And re the dash assembly: this is standard practice and was introduced big scale by VW on the Golf 3 in the 1990s if memory serves me correctly. Sometimes this whole dash is made off site and arrives just-in-time to fit the correct car. You will also notice in this photo that the nose is not fitted and this too normally arrive fully assembled with lights and the works just-in-time for each car:

I also did not know that every Yeti is built by dentists!!!!!!!! :giggle:
