Let me first introduce my self,

My name is Tom, I currently own a 206 GTi 180. However ive recently got a new job so will either be moving closer to the job or getting my self a Fabia VRS MK1.

I am not very active on the forum although I have been very keen reader.

You all seem like a great bunch so i thought id invite you all along to meets held by a new club "South West Car Club"

South West Car Club was basically set up for car enthusiasts who want to socialise, meet new people and see other interesting cars.

We are currently working on building up the clubs activity and hope others will join.

We do not want you to leave any of your current clubs, we simply want to socialise

We hold monthly mid week pub meets in Bristol.

went to Cheddar Gorge with Mrs Grr to be yesterday.

After a thigh killing 3 mile walk up the 274 steps and round the top

of the gorge, I fancy something less strenuous today. :yes:

How did you find Garry's vRS??!?

Lets not talk about that part, itll make me want one more haha.

Would be good to know what is quicker, my "180" or a remapped VRS.

To be fair, the weather conditions weren't really

ideal to properly show off the capabilities of the vRS.

I got a lot of wheelspin in 1st 2nd and a bit in 3rd as well.

The ESP light was flashing away like a good un.

and the traction control was cutting the power up until 4th

gear. In the dry it's much better
