Bit of a long shot I know but does anyone know if the ECU? date and time displayed when a fault is logged can be changed, as they have no resemblance to the actual date or time the faults occur!

Example of a scan I did on Sunday 27th November 2011:

Date: 2012.14.08

Time: 10:57:08

This was the date and time of the fault not the scan.

A time travelling car?

Either that or it's telling me I am going to get a fault in August 2012

Hopefully it isnt something expensive pre-programmed to go wrong :yes:
