It its all pretty ad hoc, everyone orders as and when they arrive, so no worries if you are running late.

Beginning to think I should stop making such bold statements...........been invited away for the weekend by a rather nice low 30's brunette :) (drives a 61 plate C-Class....so there is a downside(?) ).

Considering the car is not on finance, is kept in a double garage on a 4 bed detatched property, this low 30's model is not high maintenance at all. (Just the, er, 'fun stuff)

There's been an on-going joke about the cars over the years.

My Focus was better: Heated front windscreen

My Felly Fun was (is still) better: the kids love sitting outside

My Octy is better: got cornering lights

I did spent a couple of weeks trying to convince her to get a vRS Octy, but alas, no amount of persuasion would change her mind. :( :(

However, the Mercs are usuallt been the ones we use. The look on peoples faces as we pitch up at Asdas and she gets out the driver's side, wearing a crop-top, and *almost* wearing a skirt (apparently she loves the feel of leather :yes: :yes: ), and I get out the other side, jeans and Pink Floyd t-shirt. When in Asdas, I always push the trolley and always follow her lead.

Fark! It's a hard life :giggle:
