Surplus to requirements at the moment, and I need to free up funds to look for wheels for the SuperB

I have for sale my IBM X61 12.1" Laptop. Now please note, it is a fully featured Notebook / Laptop Computer, NOT a Netbook. Everything is in perfect working order, screen is nice and bright, no dead pixels and the battery is only 6 months old (Genuine Lenovo)

Specs as follows

IBM / Lenovo X61

Finger print reader

Intel Core 2 Duo - 2GHZ

4GB RAM

120 GB OCZ Vertex II SSD

High Capacity battery

3 x USB / GB Lan / WiFi

Docking Station (Which includes CD/DVD Re-Writer built in)

Battery life is between 4 and 6 hours and it rips the tit's off of 99% of Netbooks out there

It's in very good condition, and will come with a silicone sleeve and the original SATA II Internal drive so you can pop it in an enclosure and use it as a USB Disk.

It's running a licensed copy of Windows 7 64bit ultimate and Office 2010 Professional (I will provide copies of both on DVD)

Based on the fact it has a virtually new SSD fitted - Looking for offers around £200 + Postage

Nice. Does that model have an in-bulit optical drive? Shame IBM haven't managed to squeeze a trackpad in there, but I could still be tempted

Had a number of PM's over the IBM folks, but unfortunately I am going to have to pull it from sale following a daughter / orange juice / laptop interfacing that did not go well.

Would be interested in the SSD if you are breaking it.

OJ should dry out and be ok as long as there isn't too much sugar in it!

It works and has cleaned up ok, but not really "saleable" as it could pack up in a few weeks, who knows so I'd rather not pass it on and run the risk of someone getting upset over it.

I think it would be fine. If there was any problem it would came up right after, but as you said an one or two week trial working period will show the results. By the way give your daughter a great hug, I'm sure she is upset and in a bad mood. After all a laptop is a stack of plastic and sand.
