Could be interested in this as well :)

Do you have a photo showing what's included?

I'm a bit out of touch with revisions of these modules; will this allow full control of the phone via Bolero, inc text messages etc?

Thanks,

Steve.

HI Steve, When i had it in my 2008 Octy i could control the phone through the bolero, but it didn't show text's, as a handsfree i have not experienced anything that comes close to this for clarity and ease of use. The best thing i could sugest is if you were to try giving Ben at Shark performance a call, he's the man that fitted it for me and would i'm sure be able to give you the full lowdown on it's capabilities. The kit is 100% all you need, there is the loom, the module, the hidden microphone and the bluetooth ariel. Connestion was immediate upon turning on the ignition and never once gave me any issue. The only reason i am selling is that I had to return my octy to the supplying dealer due to some rather interesting findings, and the replacement car i have came with the new premium bluetooth kit, which includes Rsap etc. this trully is awesome, 'she' even reads my text messages out aloud to me lol.

Hope that helps

The 729B is the one I've got - not got it fitted yet though (had a go...gave up!). This one will appear on your Maxidot - later revisions changed to BAP protocol so won't appear on Maxidot of older cars. Won't do text messages, but then I'm not sure that's something you'd really need when driving!!

Go for it Steve....!!

Will this work with my 07 reg with the Stream MP3 headunit and Maxidot display?

To be honest i have no idea, the best place to find out in my opinion would be to call Ben at Shark Performance (016230332233) he will know for sure. I have a feeling it might but would not like to commit myself and be wrong.

Sorry Matthew no i won't split unless i had another person wanting the rest of the kit at the same time. The module alone cost me £200.
