JETEX exhaust FITTED!

Featured Replies

After searching around looking for which exhaust was best for me, from a cheaper custom made one to expensive off the shelf items, I finnally took the plung and ordered the jetex cat back today.

Ordered from awesome at £400 delivered which is a bit of a bargain considering its £60 dearer else where + delivery.

So heads up for those looking for an exhaust at a reasonable price.

It will probably take about a week to be made and delivered so il keep you all posted on how it goes + post videos before and after.

Has anyone got any experience of jetex good/bad?

Funnily enough I emailed them yesterday about details etc and it looked promising.

I'll wait till you've got yours installed etc and wait for your feedack

Just read a magazine which featured a VR6 with a jetex catback and it was described as sounding "the dogs danglies" so hopefully this will sound as good : )

il get some videos up soon hopefully.

As for fitting me and my mate did it in just over 40 minutes

no pic of the installation but we just cut on the straight section of the exhaust after the flexi section

everything else just slid on and aligned perfectly first time.

Noise wise its got a nicer burble at idle and is much better at low and higher speeds.

But at cruising speed there is little difference which is a big + for me on the motorway.

Sport mode makes it sound amazing as well.

Quality i cant complain about as it was so easy to fit with good welds and looks the business

Have to say it looks good looking forward to seeing the video if it sounds as good as it looks I see if they make one for the vRS estate

Looks good bud  can't wait for the vid

Vrs estate should be identical there is a reasonable amount of room to play after the flexi as far as cutting goes so if it does need to be longer you should be fine.

As for videos how do you post them from you tube can i use photo bucketc?

Can do either mate  I do mine from YT
