Featured Replies

I have just run an auto-scan on my Skoda Superb 2.0TDI (170) and had the following codes returned:

001137 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 (G450): Implausible Signal Should i just clear the fault and hope it does't come back?

P0471 - 000 - -

Freeze Frame:

Fault Status: 01100000

Fault Priority: 2

Fault Frequency: 1

Mileage: 49080 km

Voltage: 13.07 V

Pressure: -49 mbar

Pressure: -21 mbar

Temperature: 19.8°C

009299 - Diesel Particle Filter; Differential Pressure Sensor: Implausible Signal This caused my "MIL" to come on, but looks like only occured once, should i clear and ignore for now?

P2453 - 000 - - - MIL ON

Thanks,

Hi,

I wouldn't ignore the fault codes relating to the the pressure sensor G450 or the one for the DPF, the pressure sensor seems to be common fault on the Superb. ignoring it could damage the engine or DPF. A new sensor requires calibrating once fitted.

Tony

Requires a modified g450 pressure sensor and adaptation, I would also check for an ECU update and regen if required.
