Should be printed on it - I guess if you need to change it you're going to have to have a look anyway?

My 2005 Superb Edition 100 is the same main part number as this one on fleabay: - 1C0 959 799 B (but I see in the photos there are some trailing digits which may be important).

I think if you are changing it you'll need access to VCDS anyway for doing things like pairing the remotes etc?
