Level 3 Mechanic Student

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am currently trying to write an assignment on electronically controlled fuel injection systems and am using my 1999 1.3l Felicia with its multipoint injection to write about. I have to describe a fault in this system but I don't know what parts of the system typically go wrong. Could anyone help me out by telling me an electronic component which could fail on this model of Skoda please?

This won't be cheating by the way as I am allowed to look up a fault on the internet to help me with this assignment.

Hi there ive done nvq level 3 and a btec national diploma in motor vehicle so know where your at, how about a faulty fuel pump or injector to get you started?

Hi and welcome aboard.

I'd say an injector would be the easiest one to get to.

Injectors or the coil pack, most breakdowns or failures are ignition system related after all.

Hello 99Felicia and welcome along

Good luck with the assignment.

Again welcome to briskoda. All the best with the assignment :)
