well this morning I put a crack in my front bumper about 60mm long next to the front fog light after the the van in front of me moved 6ft then stopped dead? All I got was sorry mate the car in front stopped, not a mark on the van but I have a cracked reg plate and a cracked bumper.so how do you remove the front bumper and is can it be fixed or will it have to be replaced?any help would be welcome

A picture would help here if you have one.

Also, not the van drivers fault at all.

Are u replacing the bumper? Most garages will repair bumpers now with good results at a fraction on the cost. You would be surprised at what I've repaired and what on. If I can remember you have to take lights out and there's sum clips. In the arch liner there's sum star drives and underneath there sum fixings. Hope this helps

As long as it's a clean crack and not shattered into lots of bits they can usually be repaired very well.
