Heads up....Fabia leather for sale!

Featured Replies

Just to let you guys and gals know, there's a full set of dealer fit (red stripe) leathers been listed on Ebay at £600 or best offer.

Not mine and nothing to do with me, I just want to see them go to a briskoda member!

Not going to post a link, as I'm not advertising them. Ebay junkies will find them easily with search though!

Hope it helps someone!

They went fast as I can't find them!

I happened to come across them and thought they may benefit someone on here! If I hadn't of found me SE leathers on eBay last year, I would have purchased them myself!

Congrats with the seats... Did you want OEM I take it and not a retrim...

I may have missed something but the Ebay link said offers as well so hopefully the lucky buyer didn't pay the full £600 :)

I offered £525 :(

Some people like OEM, so a retrim isn't always the best option. If you know your Fabias you will know OEM leather is as rare as something very rare!

It's a bit like the "make your own" xenon thread, yeah they look OEM but it's not OEM. Some people just like genuine Skoda!

Should have just gone for a re trim more so with the scuffs.

I sure hope you do.:)

A mint retrim beats sub-par OEM.

People get carried away with the whole OEM thing sometimes, it's like other scenerio you find with people going arse over tit to be original, even when the outcome isn't half as could as it could be if you did it a different way.

OEM for the sake of OEM, despite the worse outcome is like biting your nose off to spite your face.

Personal preference isn't it? I can understand wanting something like the leather OEM because it's obviously different. Having said that personally I rather put my own stamp on it and have something a little different. Each to their own.

If the person who bought it is happy there is no need to debate or claim re-trim over used OEM is better.

Their car, their choice.

Enjoy it.
