just wondering if there is more than 1 shade of silver on the mk1 vrs? they all the same silver aint they?

thanks boys. in that case, ill be driving up the M1 this week to get a new bumper, wings and mirrors. just need a offside passenger door and rear bumper now if anyone knows of such items??? :kiss:

Only 1 silver but 3 different shades, I know as the bodyshop had trouble matching mine.

I believe it is but to be safe check your paint code (found in the boot under left side of carpet, i think)

 

You are looking for a 4 digit code like this

Diamond Silver would be paint code 9102 

Sometimes has F7T or 1B1B on label too, but i have just used 9102 to order from a paint shop

Just checked on Diamond Silver touch - up spray can :-

 

HFB 381 037 9102 / F7T / 1B1B   and it matched car colour perfectly :thumbup:
