hi, just wondering what do people on here think of the fabia vrs S2000 road car?

Not my favourite.

Not a patch looks wise on the real S2000.

Bit OTT without the rally body kit.

I can't decide which one is the more OTT out of the S2000 or this DS3

DS3 looks ok as it doesn't sit as high or look as slab sided as the vrs so it can carry the rallyesc look off better. It still looks stupid without its rally arches and what not but miles better than the skoda.

Looks bit likr a pizza box :p, there was one for sale a few months back on ebay

I bought the S200 this time last year after having the dealers demo car out for the weekend. Far too much finger pointing for me so i had the dealer remove all the decals other than the white skoda badge on the roof .

I like it.....apart from the big red bit on the back, totaly ruins it

I see a A1 'Special Edition' Competition Line' almost every day,

and everytime the first thing i notice is a car that looks like the body kit/repairs are still in Red Oxide primer.

When i went to buy a A1 when the TSi (185 they claimed then) was being launched i sat in the lesser 'Sport Special Edition', and loved it, so comfortable,

beautifully finished inside..

The Salesman was very annoyed when i told him, it was the worst 'Special Edition' i had every seen.

Fugly.

The Orange possibly did not actually come out in the flesh as the designer intended.

i kinda like the look of the S2000 but dont know if i could live with the decals all the time. They defo look better in the flesh as gordon lamb had one when we bought our vrs.

I've seen one of those (without the no1) and I really like it.

When I first saw the S2000 Furby, I liked it, but now I've changed my mind, I don't think I'd buy one as being different I wouldn't like everybody looking at it all the time. A few months ago I saw one at a VW dealer,

My fabia was an s2000 model and I did not like the look of it one bit especially seeing a genuine s2000 rally version a few month prior to buying my vrs, every body looks, points, laughs & talks about you as you pass by. If your an attention seaker itll suit you down to a tee lol

The vRS S2000 basically is mimicking the Fabia R2. I think they should have named it the "vRS R2" rather S2000 so people don't compare two very different looking cars.

Arnold, how much did the dealer charge to remove the decals?

I own one of these and everyone I know loves it....complete strangers remark regular and its all been positive

That said I may remove the stickers in the future

I love the Audi A1 Competition Line.. Nearly bought one.. But I have been trying to get my hands on the alloys but they come back at around £1600 :(

Was that a price given to you by Audi for wheels & tyres ?

5 arm Polygon wearing 225/35 R18

No, it wasn't directly from Audi.. I think their RRP for them is €332 a piece.. so a lot less but still a lot

Nothing at all to remove. It was part of the deal to remove them. They basically said if i didn't like the look once they were removed then i could walk away. It wasn't a big job to do and you would never know. I got mixed opinions when i trialed the car with most saying how **** it looked. It does look loads better without but keep the roof it ties in nicely

i have the s2000 and still have the viynal on it and must say i love it being the way it is. i get alot of comments on it good and bad but i guess we are al diffrent.

Personally it should of had a more rally like bodykit and tweaked to have a little more power (much like vauxhall do with thier Nurburgring Edtitions)
