Anyone know where I can get hold of any paint to touch up the black Gigaro wheels? Got a couple of stone chips on one of my wheels.

I have 'Black Magic' paint sitting and the Code is 'SKO 9910',

Someone with a Fabia 2 VRS in 'Black Magic Pearl Effect' could maybe check the Paint Code on their car.

Call or Email Skoda UK Customer Services and ask.

When you are sure of the Paint Code for the Black Gigaros any Motor Factor or Paint Supplier will mix it.

I am not sure that the Wheels are the same as the Roof.

I have seen roofs that are different finished and Black Gigaros that are different finishes.

My new replacement 2012 Dark Chromes have a different Grey on them from the 2010 Dark Chrome wheels.

Anyone that has had the Wheels Refurbished can surely say what their re-finisher used..

I agree George, I don't feel they are the same colour as the roof, I've managed to find one thread where someone has used just a generic black metallic.

Hopefully like you say someone who has had theirs refurbed will be able to help me out.

How bad is the wheel..

Just pop into a Motor Factors and pick up a touch up paint.

Always handy to have a wee selection of various Blacks & metallic Blacks.

Or, For much cheapness and until you have the real

McCoy, pop into a Super Market, Pound Shop etc, & pick up a Matching Nail Varnish.

Surprisingly good for little stone chips and also nice Acrylic Lacquers that last a while, untill you need to do the job properly.

Stops Corrosion from getting under the surface..

Just clean well before applying.

Yeah the main thing that is confusing me is the actual colour!

The wheel isn't that bad, just wanted to get some to sort it, and for the future.

So we haven't advanced beyond my original comment.

My car has a black magic pearl roof and its black wheels look the same colour to me.

On the other hand,car manufactures usually don't provide colour codes for wheel paints.

Consult an automotive paint factor.

Pillars and mirrors are gloss black.

Roof and wheels should be black magic lc9z

I'm looking for some of this as well...got a nice big scratch right across one of mine
