Having crawled up the M6 to Stafford from Birmingham every day for 2 weeks I have hit the golden 400 mile barrier (un vented) (previous best 320)

 

50 mph average speed cameras for the majority of the journey there and back 

 

If you too have have hit this milestone without the aid of average speed cameras buy a Kia, my poor car is being treated to a trip to north Wales in Sport mode  as recompense for being abused for the last fortnight at walking pace !

 

Turned TMC upto 8 when I got home just to get him wagging his tail in excitement for tomorrow

Happily getting 400+ miles to a tank as I regularly commute down to Kent every other weekend, but as others say, give it a sport mode treat to keep her going!

I can't even get 400 miles out of my 1.2 12V. 50 Mpg my arse, more like 40 if I'm lucky.

Best I got was 370 but never in ideal conditions so I suppose if driving at 50mph on motorway I could probably do it for 450 miles

Just drove kent to Carlisle. 360 miles. 56mpg. 60-70mph. Range still says 180 miles left ha ha
