Well what plugs are in,

how many miles for and are they gapped, 0.8mm, the new VW 0.7 or as some have 0.6mm

The point is one plug gets oil fouled and coked up and the tip melts.

................

Is it coming on when you boot it between 2,400 - 3,500 rpm, then that is under load and you are on Supercharger & Turbo

and at the greatest risk of a Miss-fire due to a big gap on 1 spark plug.

Take care, dont do it until you check all the Spark Plugs.

You can go onto Limp Mode, the Turbo is Disabled until the Code is reset.

Worse it can shut down 2 cylinders.

But you got the early warning.

Probably no Fault Codes recorded because not enough misfires in in cycle.

Just ASAP remove all 4 plugs,

inspect carefully, keep them in order.   Be careful when you remove & replace the pipework with the seals.

Be careful putting plugs back in, new ones if required.

Hose a length of pipe to fit over the plug and to lower in and start off the thread.

How many miles has your car done in total?

Just dont boot it till you get it checked.

Light throttle and you dont need Super and turbo boosting from 2.200 to 3,500.

And you can cruise at 70 mph at around 2,500 and its on turbo with only supercharger on demand.

You should have no issues driving if you dont kick down, or drop a couple of gears in manual.

The Warranty will be replacement of the Spark Plugs if they were bought and Fitted at a Skoda Workshop.

I always thought they were consumables, but others here were told they had 2 year warranty as OEM parts.

As to Forge Induction, you never mentioned that before.

Are you sure there is no leak.

Maybe the Technician will ignore that.

3" cat back, should make no difference, but you never mentioned.

& with a Forge BOV on.

?

Can you not get a Independent Mechanic to check and change your spark plugs,

stay away from Skoda and Warranty with a Forge BOV fitted.
