7 speed dsg oil and filter change

Featured Replies

I have a ŠKODA Fabia 1.4 vrs dsg. Been looking all over on the internet to get a filter for the dsg box and some oil. Does the car not need any service on this gearbox as I have also seen this whilst searching?

No oil change for 7 speed dry DSG.

There is no Service Schedule / Guidelines to have Oil Changed.

There was a World Wide REcall on several millions vehicles with DQ200 to change the Oil,

these were Factory Filled with Synthetic Oil,

Europe had only a Service Campaign, not are all done, so maybe there is an Oil Change needing done, Free & paid by Skoda / VW.

If your 1.4 tsi Fabia vRS was built between 2010-2013 then the DQ200 might have had Service Campaign '34F7' to change the Synthetic Oil to mineral & do a software update, there is no other oil change required.

A sticker should be in the boot showing if done or ask a Skoda Dealer or Customer Services to check,

or here.

If Built 2013-2015 it might need Service Campaign '34H5' a software update, ask Skoda UK Customer Services.
