Service Campaign thread is pinned at top of Fabia Mk2 Section on the '34F5' & '34H5'.

Did your 7 Speed Twin Dry Clutch 7 Speed DSG require a Software Update, and were you informed by Skoda / VW / SEAT or Audi if so?

  If you have a car in Australia with a DQ200 that was not one part of the RECALL for '34F7'  the Oil Change and Software Update, was there a Service Campaign or recall for those from 2012/13 that need a Software Update?

Mine is 2012 and bought I bought it in 2017 - After several phone calls to skoda they said my car had never been subject any recalls or required any .....And the service advisor knew little about the gearbox “updates”.

Ours is 2012, never had the service actions as told by main dealers it wasn't required, no dsg oil change over our period of ownership (2014-present).

 

But have just had to have mechatronic unit and clutch packs changed due to flashing white spanner.

 

Fault occurred at 66,800 miles.
