Checking Adblue Range

Featured Replies

How do I check the Adblue range on my late 2015 Yeti?? I can’t wait till the 1500 mile warning comes up. Just bought it so not sure of the level. Can’t find a menu on the MFD??

Just seen the same query on Facebook.

My car is the same age as yours and the only readout you will get is the 1500 mile warning. There is no other range display system on your car.

I do wonder why you can't wait until that warning comes up, but there is no problem in filling the tank before that warning shows.
If you use the filler bottles with the sprung loaded filler then they will stop when the tank is full, and if you do use another method of filling all that happens if you overfill is that the Adblue pours onto the floor.

Same thought as Graham, why can't you wait?

And also, if you have a long trip planned top it up now. I buy the 10 litre containers from VW and have the VW filling hose with the auto-stop valve.

It's a doodle to fill up, takes minutes and not a drop spilled.

Its only the latest cars which have a adblu range display in the maxidot.

Dont see the issue though as very few trip will exceed 1500 miles. And anyway adblu is available at most garages.

£10 fot 10lt at local tesco!
