Can any of our euro Felicia owners tell us do you have to use E10 Fuel and any problems, here in the UK we have E5 fuel and we are going to introduce E10 in 2021.

 

My Felicia 1.3 MPI runs ok on E5 and I am just wondering will I have to scrap her I hope not.

I tried it one day, well after a longer trip, the engine started to "shake"( like it doesn't work on 4 cylinders). I don't know if it's related with E10, but since this happened i only use E5.

Thanks for that nimbus, you have E5 then I hope here in the UK we will continue to have E5.

 

Nimbus now there is a nice 4 cylinder bike.

Yeah 750cc inline 4 air-cooled, sadly the brand is gone

I've been running on E10 for a year and a half and didn't have any issues after a rebuilt carburetor. That's on a 1.3 carb engine

well my two cents is that E-smth gas is the worst thing,
remember the good old days when gas was not used to going bad,
the felly will run, but i tell you longevity wise you are going to have issues in ALL rubber parts of the fuel system,

especially given its age
