I'm afraid I am going to run away. I was interested but the lack of documented DSG oil service is not something  I am prepared to chance. 

Haldex should have been done at 30,60, 90 and 120K  I bet money its not working, I've played that game twice with mine when the filter wasn't replaced.

But was the pump taken out to clean the screen on the pump?

No problem, but I will say that yes, the Haldex is working, or at least was earlier in the year (April) when I was moving the trailer on a muddy field and need the 4WD to get out of it.

And that, I have no way of knowing without contacting them. And I suspect they will just say yes, irrespective of whether it was actually done or not.

I had to argue with the Master Tech to get the screen cleaned when mine was last done ... when it was he actually stated that is was fairly gunked up but VAG don't recommend cleaning ... and they very rarely do it 😱
