Has anyone in the Uk bought anything from Kopacek ?

I've never had problem's with them, ordered some bits on Black Friday, just waiting on Royal Fail to deliver, was sat at Langley for a month with all the strikes that they've been having, hopefully should be delivered in the next few days. Was a lot easier and quicker pre-Brexit when they used DPD.

Oh and remember needs to be less than 2kgs, so no grilles, spoilers eg

Hi Andy , I ve ordered some parts back in November , todate , they still can't tell me where they are , blaiming everything from strikes , brexit to Cz being too far away to use DHL . I've checked with Parcelforce and they say its not in their system so not in the Uk ! 

After reading the trustpiolot reviews ,I wont be using them again , thankfully I used paypal , so no show = my money back . 

Nice website , shame about the service ! 

Kopacek should of sent you a tracking number, if not ask for it, or if you do have one check Royal Mail site rather than Parcel Force. Royal were holding mine for over a month.

Hi Andy , been given the CZ tracking number ( had to ask ? ) .... then the excuses started to flow ... have not been given a GB tracking number ... give it one more week ... then will press for a refund . Thanks for your input .

My last order from Kopacek was handed to the courier on 15th November 2022, tracking at one stage suggested it was in Israel, emailing Kopacek produced a useless generic response but Royal Mail finally delivered it (a Jiffy bag) on 29th Deceber.

Finally its appeared on UK radar ... but with a parcel damaged note , if I could refuse it now I would , its been nothing but excuses from the word go !
