Hi there I'm new to this so hope this ends up in the right place!

Has anyone had a problem with the key fob unlocking the car but not turning off the alarm? Mine has been doing this for a couple of weeks and even the skoda garage engineers are slightly stumped. It has cost me a small fortune so far and no nearer to a solution. Key fobs have had new batteries and have been reprogrammed.

Tried using the key in the door but this will not turn off the alarm either - any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

What model? Is it the factory alarm? Any fault codes?

Fabia 1.4 elegance factory fitted alarm don't knowwhat the fault codes are garage not overly helpful.
