I look at it in the fact I drive much safer on track then the road. You know what s around the next corner. Much more than just a single lane like on A/b Roads so more room if you understeer/oversteer. Say this. I was behind the mk2 escort at brunters last year where he got the backend out and couldnt catch it. He ended up sliding into the grass and did a roll. Wasn't really a nice view.

Bear in mind that the modern car chassis is engineered to be very predictable at the limit and difficult on normal road tyres to get out of shape unless you do something silly like slam the anchors on mind bend. Instead they (particularly on a circuit) will understeer boringly off line. Brunters has plenty of run off. Mind you Walkie, MR2 - is this a mark II which as I remember were slated at the time for being rather dodgey and unpredictable at the limit?

| Bruntingthorpe full circuit is a good circuit, very fast (i saw 120 on a test drive), and has the possibility to be quite challenging i would say, lots of run off so even if you get it a bit wrong it should still be all good. just stay away from where they keep the wagons. I would love another go at driving the circuit, because last time i was in an audi S2 that i was thinking about buying, in the pitch black and i couldnt see where the track went or, where the edge of the circuit was (the lights on them are notoriously crap). Hope you have a good day, i cant come as im having a weekend in with the new girlfriend. Hopefully will be going to the GTI international there.
