Midlands. I know its hell of a long way for me, but I want our Northern friends to have the same opportunity to only have to travel 250/300 miles to reach the event.

midlands, but i feel part of the enjoyment of a meet/trackday,is the journey there and back, convoy down or a mini meet on the way adds to the day.
we're petrolheads, driving is what we do

Very well said Jason.

The Midlands would be the obvious choice but if there is more interest in say Scotland then the venue should be there.

I voted midlands too, but i'd be happy to go south as well. Not sure if I can make it as Scotland, but if more from down south are going 'oop norf' then i'm sure we can arrange for something.

I don't think this is going to be much of a surprise vote to be honest - Jason and Jason summed it up perfickly

I've voted midlands -- but I'd be happy to go as far north as Yorkshire or as far south as say Milton Keynes.....

Hmm wonder how much it is to hire Millbrook for the day

Scottish Question.

What do you class as North and what do you class as Midlands, I've voted North anyway but there ain't that many tracks in the North, I just guessed north as north of Preston area.

But even Derby I could make for a Briskoda day out. I clocked it at 300 miles from Devon when I went there to drop some stuff off for my sis.

Midlands because it would be fairer on most. That being said I'm close to Peterborough so really it is unfair for me to say Midlands.

Personally happy to go as far north as Berwick, West as Anglesea South West as Devon (well end of M5 (Exeter)), South East as Dover and East as Lowestoft.

Where would you class the midlands though ?

Do you mean as low as Castle Combe and as far across as Silverstone or do you class the midlands covering Donnington Park, Mallory and Rockingham

I think "middle" should be stick a pin in that Meriden place near Brum thats meant to be the middle, and attach a bit of string 125/150 miles long with a pencil on the end and draw a circle. Anywhere in there would be cool.

I wonder what Mallory Park costs to hire out exclusively?

Does seem-clear cut. Might this get more votes in the general GB meets section?

Lo John,

Just not enough interest m8. Best we could do is just pick a scheduled event and we all book onto it.
