Do they wait in that cue before being let loose on the track?

There are some very non-fast cars in those lines. Is there any sort of power critera?

Even I can recognise that then is not a good time to have remmap turned off. A full tank of petrol is also a must I feel.

I have seen a few people carriers there. Is there a bus lane?

in the latest picture can you please point out which is the slow car, is it the scooby? porsches? integra type R? leon cupra R? elise? (what looks like)aerial atom? motor bike?

The Peugeot 307 for example. It wasn't a feline (180bhp) so maximum could have been 136 bhp from the HDi. Also saw a VW Van, and a Renault Megane.
