..... So I left with out closing my Tab...... OPPS!

Phoned up the following morning, All is well... ;)

..... Think I may have to get the coming home light circuit now though.... bugger.

I had the bocsh, ok but not brilliant... Had a patch from day 1 where they didn't quite wipe smoothly.

Thought I'd go down the budget route this time as pennies are tight... Bought WiperBlades.co.uk's own brand offering...

Actually really impressed with the quality and the wipe is better than the bocsh ever were (and slightly bigger, with out clipping the posts).

    Would highly recommend.

  5. In Topic: MUST READ FOR LEAKS

    Just thought I'd add....

It was the speaker on my passenger side....

    BUT!

Today, after some extreme testing (bunged up the drain holes and poured in the water until it came back out at the leak).. I've found ANOTHER leak cause.

You know those 3 lil green wall socket type things that the 3 screws of the bottom of the door card go into?... Yeah, they can leak.

I inspected mine close up once I'd noticed the stream of water coming through them... Not sure if it's over tightening or what, but they have puncture holes in them from the screw tip.

I'm gonna order some new ones from the dealer, and seal them in. And probably cut 5 - 8mm off the screws, they don't need to be as long as they are to do their job. I've been trying to stop this leak for years. I'm quite pleased, to say the least.
