P.S is this the kit off the E-bay link from the 1st post, if yes may be better changing the filter for a better one, the ones in this kit have been known to be on the rubbish side.
Like I said above, blue pipe from Air intake pipe connects using the silver connector to the SAI black tubing.... no need for the extra filters....
I have the same kit.... -

If I were to do something like this I would probably just go for something like these :
http://cgi.ebay.co.u...ht_10819wt_1139
easy to put in, my HU also has AV input and outputs so can wire all together.... But one with AVI/DIVx compatability is better....
like these :

Spent a good few hours washing the car today, when waxing the bonnet I noticed when applying slight pressure to the rear of the bonnet i.e. closest part to the windscreen 'The noise' begins :swear:
I don't know if this is the issue that everyone is experiencing, but it is certainly the noise which has been doing my head in! Sit in your car and get a friend to push the bonnet and you will know the sound I am referring to! It seems that the problem is the rubber seal is pressing on the bonnet when shut and for some reason making the creaking, squeaking etc. Obviously the rubber seal cannot be moved as it stops water getting into your engine bay.
My proposed solution for this issue is as follows:
Stick some of this stuff: http://www.amazon.co...07048119&sr=8-7 along the underside of the bonnet where the bonnet and rubber seal meet .
I will post a guide up and let you all know if it resolves the issue..... Once I get round to doing it :D
ANYONE WHO TELLS ME THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN EXPLORED WILL LOSE 10 BROWNIE POINTS!
One question really, temperature operating range of the foam? Not saying its not suitable, but something I would look into -
