Comfortably Numb
02 February 2012 - 23:51
Instrumental cover of Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd.
I have always loved the end chord sequence of the song,
so thought I would do a cover version.
Would appreciate feedback, good or bad. Anyway, enjoy.

Throttle Position Sensor Again
22 December 2011 - 12:17
Just getting ready to set off on my Xmas journey down south, VRS decides 2,000 RPM is the new idle speed, VCDS confirms the throttle position sensor is goosed. This was replaced shortly after I bought the car from west End Skoda. Quick phone call to their service desk, part not in stock, but will see what we can do.
Mark calls me back 10 minutes later, come in today at 1:50 PM and we will fit you in, and the part will be under warranty.
If only all garages were this efficient, and looked after customers like this. So naughty VRS, great dealer. -
I'm Back Folks
19 December 2011 - 20:55
Just checking in people. Got slightly diverted from cars due to The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim
So Moggy news update. Had to avoid a learner going sideways in the snow in a narrow street, decided the kerb was the lesser of two evils. So new alloy and tyre paid for by the driving instructor, no suspension damage, and had the damaged wheel refurbed for £48 and the tyre from the steel spare swapped over, so five alloys for the VRS now.
Very tempted to buy a Monty Carlo in white with black roof and alloys. West End have a zero VAT offer on, but the VRS is going like a rocket, and put a huge smile on my miserable chops when I went for a blast today.
Traveller is tucked up in bed for the winter, God that car has a sweet engine, pity it only sticks out 50 BHP
So that's about it, still here, just playing hours of Skyrim, as it's infinitely more interesting than my normal life. -
