I thought the first yorkshire meet that was suggested by hellfire at the xscape retail area was a good centralish location for a meet and although i didn't get chance to go as my car was off the road i think they had a good afternoon and would no doubt attend the next meeting if the date is suitable

or if this is a no go for people then i think finding a good sized quiet pub not far off the M62 around the castleford/pontefract area would be ideal, that way its easy to find and good to get to for people travelling east or west down the M62 plus its not far from the M1 and A1 junctions of the M62 for people travelling from the north and south areas, don't know of any myself as i'm not from that area but if someone from that area can suggest anything then i'm happy to take there recomendations

or if people feel thats not a good idea then just ignore my ramble and i'll go along with whatever location is decided on

I agree with dsmith...
Anywhere around the Xscape/Castleford area is fine for me..

Sat 24th is fine for me but after that i wont be free till the Sunday 16th July.. after that Sat or Sun is fine by me.

Sunday 25th June there is a VW Summer Nights BBQ up at Dalby forest..

Xscape on a Sunday is fine for me but would suggest lunch time is better so we can have something to eat rather than 3pm like last time. More chance of getting SWMBO agreeing to us going if we are off for a meal rather than just stood around in a car park.

I could probably go somewhere at sometime or other, depending on variables, which may vary, depending on pre-set parameters, which may vary......................

What am I rambling on about? I must stop drinking cider

Hi
What about doing bowling or something like that too?
Centertainment in Sheffield have a very good large car park and also somewhere to eat.
But would be interested myself if it was a Sunday anywhere really

Xscape would be fine again, and I think it was me who mentionned the Fox in Menston, just down from the hare and hounds, as it is my Pub!!! Would even throw in a few sandwiches

Eh typical business man touting for his own benefit

Centertainment works for as well as it even nearer but we would have to be careful incase an event was on at the arena across the road as people park in there when they arent supposed to

Might be able to have a run over if its this weekend - and if you need a Lancashire member to bring a bit of class to the proceedings!

I was thinking of somewhere like Menston and then a run out to the Cow n Calf, Ilkley or Bolton Abbey
