Default Yorkshire Coast Trip idea?

Evening all,

Just wondered if any of the guys in the region fancy a wee trip to say Scarborough when the weather gets a bit warmer, I'm not from Yorkshire but now and again go to scarborugh for a wee break, could park in the North bay by the sea and get some chips somewhere or a ice cream.

What do you think?

We had a Whitby meet in the rain last year.........
Scarborough would be good, as the weather gets better, maybe June sometime?

I've got a week off in June/July as my folks are away down there so hoping to tag along, even whitby mate would be good, cracking down there as well.

Usually a decent meet takes a month to organise, with a run out and finding somewhere to eat etc.
Start a thread at the end of the month, with some suggestions, aiming for the middle of June, and it should be a goer.

I think we'd be up for this...... As long as it's not the weekend of the 21/22 June or the following three weekends...... We've got something on those weekends..... Can't remember what it is..... erm..... erm.....

Ooooohhhh yeah i'm getting married and then going on honeymoon.

Seriously though we'll try and get there if it's not those weekends.

Cheers

Dave.

ok no worries mate, don't want you missing out, and I'm quite flexible with dates as well, to be quite honest I'm mad enough to drive 200 miles on a saturday morning to a meet on sunday and then drive 200 miles back up on sunday night.

Done it before with another car club.

Sounds good.

We were over there earlier today as Carolyn's parents live there.

Will keep an eye out for the dates.

Cheers

???
I don't know whereabouts you are Paul, but it's been a lovely day here.
I've managed to clean the garage out and wash/clay/polish/wax the car, and vac. it out without needeing to stop because of the weather.
I almost put my shorts on.
( I didn't do it naked, if that implied that I was )

I would be up for a drive to Scarborough, when it gets a bit warmer. Any weekend would be good for me.
