In your area 22nd June

Hi folks,

I will be visiting my mother the week after GTI International.

She lives in the sleepy town of Hornsea on the east coast so I was wondering if there were any meets planned as it would be nice to put a few more faces to names.

Please have mercy on a shandy drinking southerner.

I'm located in York which is pretty close to hornsea.

Think we shoudld arrange a meet at Mr Moos ice cream parlour... its the best!

Its near Skipsea on the way to Hornsea.

I was brought up in Hornsea and my parents still live there.Dont see any skodas at all over that way to be honest

Funnily enough I remember Mr Moos from the last time I was there.

On the road to Bridlington from Hornsea if I remember correctly.

There are a few of us in and around Hull, but AFAIK there is no meet planned atm.

If your arranging something mid-week I could possibly get over, off that week and can use it as an excuse to get out and visit the parents

The weekend is taken up with the lakes camping meet tho

Looking like it will be at the weekend... but the one before the Lakes camping (which hopefully i will also be attending!!)

Well its either the 21st (sat) or 22nd (sun)... so what we think guys?

Ah small problem there.

I am going to GTI International on the Sunday and heading up to Hornsea from there.
If it is possible then Tues/Weds would suit me best.

If not then another time.
