| BMW 750i 2006... ...is an absolutely wonderful car... We stole it... My best friend and I.... Kidding...it's his dad's brand new car...and he went off on holiday for a while, and left him the keys. So...he came over...and I was just like...'Whoa... 'So off we go... So much space, so much comfort, so many buttons, so much leg room in the back, super comfortable seats, absolutely no wind noise. Very homey interiors, nice dash, nice steering wheel, AC vents ALL over the place and I mean all over, it's got a set on the B-pillar, a set of vents on the roof-lining and I believe a set of vents on the C-pillar. When in comfort mode, it is what it is...comfortable. When in sports mode...this is crazy, when in sports mode, the 'wing' supports of the seats close in on you and hold you in!!! And if you're still in sports mode, stop the car and open the door to get out, the supports open up again! Oh...and at 367BHP and almost 500Nm of torque and redlining at abou 7,200RPM, we tested and conclude that the bloody barge does 0-100kmph in about 5.5 damn seconds...it certainly din't feel like it, but you can hear the engine roar like a monster and you see the speed dial just make that quick climb real easy. What a nice car. Really it is. They've given it a bit of a make-over, with much nicer headlight clusters, revised rear clusters...but the wheels are ugly. Really not nice multi-spoke wheels it comes with. My dad wanted to get one, but he's changed his mind. He's trying to sell the 645i, with very low mileage, only about 15,000kms, and then he might get himself the new Mercedes S55 AMG... Damn it...

| I'd have one if I could afford the insurance & fuel for it though ![]() Hell I could be a BMW driver, I'd break the rules and use my indicators though ![]() The strange thing with some of those performance-barges is that they go like stink, but as mentioned, it doesnt feel like it in some ways. That AMG Merc should do though ![]()

| Briskodian | All comes at a tidy price though, so when you weigh it up could you actually buy something as good if not better for the same sort of money? {I don't know} don't you have to have part of your brain removed be the BMW techs to own a BMW BTW? the part that makes you give a toss about other drivers on the road? Oh and some pics would be nice ;-) Last edited by PaulC; 02-07-2005 at 16:25. Reason: after thought |
