| Panda. Would say swift but it only uses 98ron and the service intervals are low.

| Swift looks good but my best mate has a Mazda 2 Sport. Cracking little car and a great engine. Plus it is really light and you notice it when driving it about, handles very well indeed.

| I've driven my brothers Swift Sport and it's really nice, I thought the seats looked uncomfortable until I sat in it. Very nice interior. Mind you only the Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres will fit on them, but at least it's a good tyre. But I do like the look of the Mazda 2 sporty thing. Looks solid. Being Japanese they should never go wrong. Being pushed I think I'd pick the Swift.

| Quick google produced the following Panda - £7800 Grande Punto - £9560 Swift - £10700 Mazda2- £11050 sooty option Grande Punto Sporting (130)- £10300 If you want cheap then the Panda wins hands down. Just to add SWMBO's Panda 1.3 Multijet is now 10 months old and has 17k on the clock and still nothing rattles/drops off/has broken ![]() Last edited by MisterGT; 20-05-2008 at 23:55. |

| But the FabiaII isn't a very nice place to be - they've gone backwards with that horrible interior trim - very 'Dodge Caliber' IMHO ![]()

| I had Fabia2 as a hire car last month, and as much as i liked the exterior, the interior was awful. Felt really really cheap, and very plastic. |

). I personally think diseasel is no longer a viable option, especially if the mpg differential is under 15mpg, even with my intergalactic mileage. Oh and the Punto has 0% finance and a grands worth of fuel thrown in ![]()

| True but it doesn't look that bad a car compared to the current Fiesta. My brother wants to get one when they come out.
