No,not naughty ones that the sly police search internets for.How many points do you have?

Passed test 20 years ago.3 points and £75 fine about 10 years ago so currently clean

(touch wood)

Wife,6 current points via Gatsos

Think my brakes have been stood on a few times though

drivin for 8 years, clear so far. did pass a mobile camera in wales on sunday. was behind a bmw doin 19mph (no joke) decided to overtake and just as i was pullin back in there it was!! so fingers crossed.

Just one sneaky mobile camera got me in Sept 2003. I blame me watching the cannonball run start - It infected me!

Passed test 9 years ago.

Within First year - 3 points and a fine £40 maybe, for going through a red light while the cop car that had just pulled me was still behind me

Third year, - Bought a fiat uno for £25 quid and done a bit of work on it, took it round the block to test the wheelbearings out, dog ran infront of me, i swerved and parked into a brick wall

i hadnt insured it yet, 6 points couple of hundred quid fine iirc.

Sixth year - three points £60, SP30. 37 in a 30 hiding in a bus shelter on a 30mph dual carriageway at 11pm, do'h

Currently sitting at 3 points, due to come off in 9 months.

Could have been one more set of three last year but i'll not go into that story, lesson learned from pistonheads

Driving the past 250 years now, have about two thousand pending tickets and 10 court hearings I haven't showed up to as yet...

I never drive beyond the legal limit, and as such have never been convicted. No points, nil, nada, zilch.

Been driving 3.5 years too. Never had so much as a telling off by an officer.

May have had to do a "driver improvement" course though - as there was "reasonable evidence to suggest that I was driving without due care and attention and consideration for other road users"

Have had three or four sets of 3-points in the nearly-8 years I've been driving. All SP30s.
However, I have never misused my foglights, driven uninsured/taxed or middle-lane hogged, so never committed a serious drivng offence

Ive had too many points to recall. Was a proper holligan when i was younger, got banned twice , 12 and 6 months to run concurrent. Things were different then. No mot was a £20 fine, which was cheaper than having one. Been driving 17 years, and have driven long distance as a Trucker for 10 before I bought my shop. Got up to 9 points with sneaky gatso's fitted with hieght sensors. HGV limit less than for cars on most roads for those that don't know.
Currently on 9 points again, with a ban pending.

Quite lucky considering.

Never been done for serious motoring offences since my bans when i was 18.

With you Chris, 14-15 years, once stopped but I was squaky clean apart from hands covered in climbing chalk

Was funny though..old officer trying to impress young officer we felt. When asked if I'd ever used a breathaliser I replied, no but I did meet the guy who invented them this week and repeated as quickly as I could a 1hour lecture on the history of the things...he stopped me eventually and got me to blow into the tube. Glad I'd forgot to stop at the pub

No points thus far so I reckon first offence will be a biggie, either that or I'm dead or my post man really wants my car and is palying an evil trick on me; actually thats to scary a thought for words.

Amazing really given the odd moment of lucidty and I'm not a number thoughts...or despite this I pay attention...

small thing anyway, on the m-way outside lane a few cars behind, how I came to notice it was the feint glimmer of blues and twos somewhere, so in readyness for it's arrival I was moving over...well despite lots of glints I could not see this police vehicle...a minute or so later, still no sign but still flashes, then it appeared in my mirror. Slowly at first then as everyone slowed down the 4 up micra steamed up crept up in the outside lane with a rangerover on full blues and two's headlights the works about 2" behind the micra....she had zero idea that this thing was behind her...I waved my arms and about 6 cars later she moved in and range rover shot off...she of course moved back into her holding pattern.

Sorry, forgot about that, the brain is unloading data today

been driving * (let me re-phrase that, passed my test 12 yrs ago) got 6 points ans £250 fine and the pleasure of a court hearing for speeding, 98mph(slowing down) in 1999 when i got saxo brand new. clean at the moment, (touch wood, knock knock)

*driving on the farm before that, incase anyone thinks i was a car thieving chavboy.

Driving for three years, nil/zero/no points, have done a 'Driver Improvement Course' following a nasty altercation with a woman who thought it wise to stop her black car in the middle of a country road at night.

40 years old, no points (now) maxed out @ 3 points. Had bike license since 17 and if you look at the avatar you may notice a max velocity from my old RSV.

I have enjoyed a combination of luck and sense I suppose, and whilst GATSO's are no substitute for the Polizei on the roads, I think they make it easier to get away with speeding, if you know where they are.

If it's the bike or the car, 30 = 30, 40 = 40, National speed limit hmmmmmmm that one would be driving / riding within my abilities for the prevailing conditions ..... officer.

2 lots of 3 points for SP30's (currently clean)

4 Cannonballs completed including a 9th place without a single foreign ticket

I think Im just phenominally lucky as I regularly stretch the cars abilities

Yet.
Been breathalysed once, but merely as a measure to "cover my own back, sir". Hadn't been drinking, so no problem.
Have always driven within the legal limit for a given road. Momentary lapses excluded.

1986 - 3 points and £25 fine
1990 - 3 points and £40 fine
1994 - 3 points and £40 fine
1998 - 6 points and £250 fine
2002 - 3 points and £60 fine

Notice a pattern emerging here? I get to 4 years, send my licence off to be cleaned and as soon as I get it back all nice and shiney, I go get some more

Past test back in May 1999. Iin august 1999 got caught doing a 55 in a 30 . Well thats what the nice policeman put on the ticket. 3 points and a £40 fine. Been clean since.

Beeen stop a few times but never done when I was 17. Did I mention I once had a race with a 1.1 fiesta. Then it pulled long side me at a set of lights further down the road with 4 policemen in side. How ****ed off they were as they were in a civilain car so had no lights so couldn't do me.
