| Police Octy vrs pulled my son over My son and his mates were out on their motorbikes at the weekend and got pulled over near Peterborough by debadged Octy vrs police car-blue lights in the grille. My son's mate said out loud -'Your old man's got one of them cars hasn't he?' Cop then said what a good choice 'the Old Man' had made! He reckoned compared to the debadged Scooby they have, the scooby beats the octy on 0-100 but the octy beats it over 100 (not on a public road though I'm sure )They also have an unmarked BMW M5. Reason for pulling them over was they had small number plates. Cops very nice about it but still measured plates with a tape measure before issuing £30 fines. derek

| Apart from the fine bit, seemed like he was being fair about it in at least measuring it ![]() 'proper' traffic have always been polite & nice to me, as long as you don't start yelling at them the moment you wind/press your window down and are polite yourself you usually just get a fine (or in the case of me, about 5 years ago, a few questions as they were literally just bored and spotted the Dutch plates )

| I saw an Octy vRS getting pulled by an Octy vRS on the Fosseway in Leics (toward Narborough end) - anyone on here going to admit to it?
