The Holden Commodore, in one of the HSV guises is the car that the Vauxhall VXR8 is based on, aussie designed and built. Lovely cars and cheap for what you get too. Shame OZ has such draconian speeding enforcement and low speed limits that you can't use it.

Yeah NZ has a national speed limit of 100kph as well. but not as many cameras as Aussie - yet!

Nope, Holden is General Motors Australian arm. The previous Holden Commodore was the Vauxhall/Opel Omega adapted for Oz tastes, this version is the first desigend and built in Australia and sold in th UK as the Vauxhall VXR8.
